INSTRUCTIONS FOR CALENDAR POSTINGS:

Current SVAC members may post their workshops, exhibitions, and art-related events in which a SVAC member is participating.

At the HOMEPAGE of the SVAC website, click on "Calendar" (upper top row under graphics).

On the bottom left corner of the "Calendar,"at Events: click on "Add".

Fill in all of the required information as shown below (if ALL are not filled-in, your information will not be saved):

Event Title:

  • Event Description (50 words or less):
  • E-mail contact (optional):
  • URL (optional):
  • Event Category (use drop down menu):
  • Start time:
  • End time:
  • Date, Month, Year:
  • Start Date:
  • End Date (if applicable):

Once all the information is completed, click “Add Event” at the bottom of the window. This will save your information for later posting by the Website Coordinator. Events are not visible to the public until the Website Coordinator has approved and posted them.

E-mail the SVAC Website Coordinator with the name and date of your posting as well as the name of the SVAC member involved (name and e-mail contact). The Website Coordinator will check that your SVAC membership is current, and then approve and post your event within 3 working days of receiving the e-mail. You might want to check back later to make certain that information is correct on the Calendar.
